Request for Qualifications

Southland Career & Technical Education Center (SCTEC) is soliciting Statements of Interest and Qualifications from qualified firms to provide comprehensive at-risk construction management services related to career & technical education center. The successful firm shall accept the assignment of all trade contracts from the Board after they have been publicly bid and awarded by the Board. The scope of the work is further outlined below under Project Information.

This RFQ is not an Invitation to Bid; responses will be evaluated based on the relative merits of the qualification statements submitted. There will be no public opening or reading of responses received by SCTEC pursuant to this request.
